Today, I would like to explain a little about the specifications of " Misty Day, Remains of the Judgment - Red Pyramid Thing - 1/6 Scale Statue ".



You want to enjoy the statue for as long as possible, don't you?

The PVC material used for the pyramid head is suitable for reproducing fine details, but on the other hand, it has the disadvantage of being vulnerable to heat such as high temperatures in summer.

Although the statue stands straight, we wanted to dispel any uneasiness even a little, so we put a hard material called ABS inside.

By "insert-molding" (putting this frame made of ABS in a mold and covering the outside with PVC), we can both improve the durability and recreate the fine details.

To be honest, it takes more time and costs a lot, but we can offer long lasting quality by doing this.



And we add something on the back of the base to make you happy.

Usually, the title logo, product name, copyright, etc. are described here, but the small insect-like creature "Creeper" that appears in SILENT HILL 2 is engraved on it this time!

Gecco has a goal to recreate all the creatures in SILENT HILL 2 as statues. 
Among them, it's hard to make Creeper, so we recreated it by engraving. (There are creatures that are more difficult to recreate, though...)

And about the inside of the pyramid head, which you must be very curious about, we asked Mr. Ito, the art director and monster designer of SILENT HILL 2, to draw a sketch, and we faithfully sculpted it.


This is all the parts of the Red Pyramid Thing statue, and the upper left parts in the image are the parts inside the head.

The reason why the mosaic is applied is because "it's not romantic if you can see it completely".

Because of the invisibility, people can feel mystery, and it stimulates the imagination. Therefore, we recreated the inside only up to the level that you can barely see it from below.


And last but not least, Mr. Ito will draw the package art this time as well!
